The RCS Board of Governors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevin O’Brien as our Interim Principal, effective immediately.

Mr. O’Brien brings with him a wealth of experience, having over 40 years of teaching and leadership experience in Canadian curricula across four provinces, including his home province of Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotia shares many educational similarities with Prince Edward Island, enriching his connection with our school. Additionally, Mr. O’Brien has served as a principal in 5 Canadian schools in China for the past 7 years, showcasing his ability to lead in diverse educational settings.
