Dr. Elsayed Eissa, Chairman of the Board

Dr. Elsayed serves as Chairman / Executive Board for numerous governmental, commercial and charitable enterprises, including Pharoahs for Ceramic and Porcelain, Eissa Trade and Distribution, Royal Aduquit Educational Services, Pharoahs for Building Materials Industry, Eissaco Educational Services, Nabatat magazine, Tawafuq Charitable Society, and Treasurer of the Egyptian General Federation of Sports.

He studied Accounting at Cairo University, and successfully completed a Professional Designation Master’s in Business Administration at the American University for Continuing Education (AUCE). Dr. Elsayed holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Maryland (US).

 

Dr. Othman Abdalbari, Board Member

Dr. Abdalbari, PhD (Business Administration), M.A., (Management) B.SC, (Chemistry) began his distinguished career as a teacher of Chemistry in 1989 at Dubai National School. He became Deputy Principal and subsequently Principal from 1995 – 2003.

In 2003, he became director, founder and partner at the American International School (AIS) Dubai, where remains involved as a senior advisor. In 2015, he co- founded the Modern American International School (MAIS) in Sharjah. He is also founder and partner of the World Canadian School that is in the process of opening in Dubai, a co-founder of Khorfakkan Private School (1989) and a board member of Casablanca American Academy.

Emil Samarah, Board Member

Emil is a Business Development Professional, with more than 30 years of experience in Satellite, Technology, Telecommunications, Sustainability, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, and Waste Management. His expertise lies in Strategy Formulation, Team Leadership, Training & Development, Sales & Marketing and People Management

Emil successfully contributed as a vital team member in developing the concept and the development of the first of its kind in the world sustainable city in Dubai and met 99% of Paris agreement targets of 2050 in 2020 regarding climate changes and UN SDGs “Sustainable Development Goals”.

Emil holds an MBA from New Hampshire State University, USA, and a B.SC in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Radio & Marine Electronics and Transport from Alexandria University, Egypt.
